Will I be refunded for any damaged items received in my shipment?

All damaged items received in deliveries MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. Our teams will require an unpacking video taken when you open your package to help us investigate & determine the origin of any damage related issues.

Once an investigation is conducted, if the damages are deemed to be our fault, we will issue a credit for the affected items as soon as possible. Store credits can be used immediately towards new orders and payments.
